WOMEN TRI TOGETHER TRAINING PROGRAM (wTT)

2024 WTT Spring Program

Are you ready to take on a Sprint or Olympic distance triathlon and looking to train with a smaller, more intimate group? The newly revamped Women Tri Together (WTT) training program could be the program for you.

Under the guidance of Certified Triathlon Coach, Kimi Ueda, the Women Tri Together Training Program is designed specifically for those athletes who are looking to complete a Sprint or Olympic distance triathlon and want to focus on their technique in a small, personalized, group setting. This program is open to all women, gender diverse or non-binary teammates. 

The program will target the Alpha Win Lake San Antonio Sprint or Olympic race taking place on Saturday, April 27th.

This program is great for athletes  who are specifically looking to focus on their technique in a small, personalized, group setting. 

The Following is Included:

  • An 10 week professional training program
  • 2 in person coached workouts per week
  • Other group training opportunities
  • Guidance/advice on gear selection (e.g. shoes, bikes, wet suits)
  • Coaching on proper swim, bike and run technique
  • Racing and nutrition strategy
  • Integration with existing GGTC group workouts
  • Have fun with a great group of like minded women

When: February 17th - April 27th
Length: 10-week Program
Cost: $280 for Members
New Members: Purchase your GGTC membership here in order to register.
For: Beginner and intermediate women, non-binary or gender diverse athletes looking to develop the skills needed to complete a sprint or olympic triathlon.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is this for?

Self-motivated individuals that want to take on the challenge of triathlon training! Ideally you can swim 200 yards, ride a bike and run a few miles but we will also help you learn all three.

When will I be working out?

The group meets 2 times per week with additional on-your-own workouts loaded into your training plan

Where will I be training?

Workouts will be held both in Marin and San Francisco.

What happens if I can't make it to all the workouts?

It would be great if we had enough time in the day to do everything we want and sometimes life gets in the way. You will have access to all the workouts for the program and can do as many or as few of the workouts that fit with your schedule.

What about equipment?

You will need a bicycle and helmet, running shoes, swimsuit, goggles and a wetsuit. If you don't have these things yet, don't worry! The Coach will cover the basics of triathlon equipment in the beginning of the training program.

How do I register if I'm not a member yet?

You'll first purchase GGTC Annual Membership prior here. Then you can register for the program!
