Are you a strong triathlete? Do you even know what being “strong” really means? As a part of your membership dues, we offer our members a high quality coached strength and conditioning program.

Come join us for strength & conditioning designed to help you build strength, prevent injury, improve balance and form and better understand how a stronger body translates to longer, faster, injury-free racing, training and outdoor enjoyment!

Morgan Hawkins, Strength Coach

Morgan caught the running bug at a young age, competing in events like the 400m hurdles and the pole vault from middle school all the way through her freshman year of college at SUNY Fredonia. When Morgan decided she wanted to study exercise science, she knew that she wanted to not only increase her own running abilities but to also use her knowledge in the sport to help others find the joy in healthy running. Her background is in helping people become stronger, healthier, and smarter athletes in whatever sport they want to pursue.

While Morgan has spent 15 years pounding the pavement, training for road races, she has recently entered the ultrarunning world since moving to the Bay Area. It has made her fall in love with running all over again.
