Join us for strength & conditioning designed to help you build strength, prevent injury, improve balance and form and better understand how a stronger body translates to longer, faster, injury-free racing, training and outdoor enjoyment! Kirstie Young, Strength CoachKirstie is a strength and conditioning coach that has been working with athletes of all levels since 2014. She enjoys working with people who are new to strength work, witnessing them take ownership of their bodies and fall in love with strength & fitness.
