Are you ready to take on an Olympic or Sprint Distance triathlon and looking to train with a smaller, more intimate group? The Women Tri Together (WTT) training program could be the program for you.

Under the guidance of certified triathlon coach, Kimi Ueda, the WTT Training Program is designed specifically for those athletes who are looking to complete a Sprint or Olympic distance triathlon and want to focus on their technique in a small, personalized, group setting. This program is open to all women, gender diverse, or non-binary teammates. 

The program will target the Lake San Antonio Sprint or Olympic race taking place on Saturday, February 17th.

PROGRAM COMPONENTS:

  • A 10-week professional training program
  • 2 in person coached workouts per week
  • Other group training opportunities
  • Guidance/advice on gear selection (e.g. shoes, bikes, wetsuits)
  • Coaching on proper swim, bike and run technique
  • Racing and nutrition strategy
  • Integration with existing GGTC group workouts
  • Have fun with a great group of like-minded women!

10-Week Training Program

When: February 17 - April 27
Cost: $280 for Members
New Members: Purchase your GGTC membership here in order to register.
Target Race: Lake San Antonio Sprint or OLY

For athletes who have completed this program before, and are interested in an extension program to Morro Bay 70.3, please reach out to Coach Kimi to see if the extension would be a good fit for you.  If that's the case she will provide a registration code for the extension.  This extension will meet 3 times a week in person.

3 Week Extension Program

When: April 28 - May 19
Cost: $100 for Members - in addition to fee above

Target Race: Morro Bay 70.3
