[CANCELED] Track and track Kick-off!

Due to the weather forecast, windy with thundershowers, we have decided to cancel tomorrow's track workout. A track workout in those conditions won't be fun or productive. We have rescheduled our track kick-off for Wednesday, February 27th. Stay tuned.

We recommend to do the workout indoors. Here's a reminder of the original plan:

— 10:00 warmup jog

— Drills [Wall Swings (side to side and front to back), hurdle overs, A-Skips, Butt Kicks, Carioca/Side Shuffle, Straight-Leg Shuffle, Side Skips, Backward Strides, High Knees]

— 4 x stride the straights/jog the turns

— Workout:

+ 15-20:00 tempo run on the track at threshold effort (between 10K-1/2 marathon pace)

+ 5:00 recovery

+ Partner 400s: 2-4 x 400m (each runner) w/recovery being however long it takes your partner to run his/her lap
