Session 46 - Unofficial Track - Christmas Eve Edition!

Welcome to the "Offseason", where your GGTC Board and A-Team will continue to lead track workouts while Mario enters a much-deserved hibernation (still wearing his trademark puffer jacket and hat, I'm certain.)

Wear your favorite festive colors if you're in town for this event :)

Luckily, our favorite track is still open for all abilities and experience levels.

• Schedule: Every Wednesday @ 6:15 pm 
• Location: Kezar Stadium
• Workout of the week:  5-6 x 3' @ 10K effort (~7/10 RPE) w/ 2' walk-jog recovery to regroup between reps; 2-4 x 60" @ ~1-mile effort (~9/10 RPE) w/60" walk-jog recovery between reps.
