Early Bird Swim (and run after)

Tam lap swim $8 drop in. I will have a workout (but feel free to do your own if we aren't same pace.)  

I then will change and drive to Mike Bikes in Sausalito to run 30-40 min on path. (I drive there because of school traffic at that hour).

tam high school pool in mill valley  and then mikes bike parking lot (in back  of) in Sausalito
