Registration is closed

For women who are new to the sport, the program will prepare you for the Marin Sprint and Olympic Triathlon on Nov 3 & 4, a 500 river swim, an 8 mile bike and a 5K (3.1 mile) run.

For women who have either completed a sprint triathlon or have experience in all three disciplines and are looking to go to the Olympic distance and complete the Marin Sprint and Olympic Triathlon on Sept 4th, a 1,500 meter river swim, a 22 mile bike and a 10K (6.2 mile) run.
