[UPDATE] Due to the unhealthy air quality ( https://cfpub.epa.gov/airnow/index.cfm?action=airnow.local_city&cityid=317&fbclid=IwAR1fx0axxrP16SFlonbV28PlNki-mQG_NP6FGyL7638IzDeJafKo63jPykI ) we are cancelling tomorrow morning's strength workout. Here is the workout in case you want to do it indoors.

STRENGHT WORKOUT:

5 minute easy aerobic warmup

5 minute dynamic warmup

Main Set:

5 rounds

6-10 split squat per leg

3-5 SL push-ups per leg

Side plank w 6-10 leg raises per side

Rest 1 minute after each round.

Fast finish:

5 Rounds - time based intervals.

20” max rep Jumping lunges - 10” rest

20” max rep Burpees - 10” rest

20” max rep Happy stars - 10” rest

Netflix & Mobilize Cooldown:

3 minute squat hold

2-3 min couch stretch per leg
