Long run loop in the park. I'll lead 7 mile loops starting at 8am at the conservatory of flowers steps, with over half of the loop on trails. We'll loop around about hourly, so will pick up anyone who wants to join at 9am and for a final loop at 10am. Any of the loops can be truncated, so it's easy to dial in your ideal long run distance.
