Stretch, Roll & Recovery for Athletes

As endurance athletes, we put our bodies through a lot, so recovery is super important. We’ve teamed up with Body Temp Yoga for a class which will show you how to properly roll out and stretch those aches, which should help prevent injury.

You can book the class using this link. PLEASE NOTE - enroll as UNPAID and your status will be changed to PAID after payment has been made, either via Venmo or in cash.
