BRick Monday
What is a BRick? It's a Bike-Run workout, to work on transitioning between the two legs.
Why is it important? It builds strength to transition faster to running.
So what are we doing?
10 mins easy spin to warm up the legs. Regroup, and we will start the workout:
2-3x repeat:
15 mins on the Velodrome (bike track)
1.5 mile run (two laps on the dirt track)
What to bring:
All your bike stuff and your run stuff. Plus a bike lock if you want to lock your bike in between.
