Join for a great out-and-back long ride consisting of a long descent at the start, rollers as well as long stretches to practice aero, and a rewarding climb to finish it off! Start at Lake Sonoma and ride the Santa Rosa 70.3 course thru Chalk Hill then retrace the route back to Lake Sonoma. Riders can easily decrease or increase the distance. Quick optional fuel stop at Jimtown Store on return stretch (~mile 45). Ideal for those that want to simulate race conditions with minimal stops, nutrition training, and weather acclimation. Bonus: Transition clinic hosted by Isela post-ride with helpful tips for those first timers racing the 70.3 distance and/or want to reduce T1/T2 times.
