Long Run Loops in the Park

Many thanks to James Scanlan who will lead this member-led run through GGP

I'll lead 7 mile loops starting at 8am at the conservatory of flowers steps,  with over half of the loop on trails. We'll loop around about hourly, so will pick up anyone who wants to join at 9am and for a final loop at 10am.  Any of the loops can be truncated, so it's easy to dial in your  ideal long run  distance.

At the end of the last loop (should be about 11am), we'll go for breakfast in the 9th and Irving neighborhood.
