Training run on the trails for all paces and distances!
My suggested route is posted below, but please feel free to alter for what you need. We will meet at the Tennessee Valley Trail Head where parking and restrooms are available (by the Miwok stables). We will do a group warm up, quick route discussion and then head for the hills!
