I'll lead 7 mile loops starting at 6am at the conservatory of flowers steps, with over half of the loop on trails. We'll loop around about hourly, so will pick up anyone who wants to join at 8am and for a final loop at 9am. Any of the loops can be truncated, so it's easy to dial in your ideal long run distance. I'll keep this as no-drop as possible.
At the end of the last loop (should be about 10am), we'll go for breakfast in the 9th and Irving neighborhood.
