Option: Post run pool swim and hot tub. Not a member at the Y? It’s cool – The Y allows members (me) to pass out ONE 5 pack of passes to non-members per year. Want to do drill work, or an actual swim workout? I got those to!
As previously stated joggers will begin at the Letterman Bucks fully caffeinated at 10:00am, we will head South West towards the Main Post traveling up the much feared Ecology trail. Joggers will circle around inspiration point, past Andy Goldsworthy’s Tree Spire, tracing the Eastern edge of the Presidio Golf Course. We will jog past the Northern boundary of Rob Hill Camp ground, the highest point in the Presidio before descending to Battery Crosby via the Bluffs trail. Joggers will head North descending all the way to Sea Level at Marshall Beach. Runners will rejoin Lincoln Blvd via the Bluffs Climb, a staggering 11.6% climb past Battery Godfrey, Turning East and Descending Story Ave, and wending our way down to Old Mason where we will turn up the tempo for the final Mile.
