Time: 8:45am for dynamic warm-up drills and stretching, leave 9am sharp
Location: Marina Equator (2 Marina Blvd)
Run Route: 3 options - 1) Out and back to Hopper Hands (5 miles total run), 2) Out and back plus 2-4 hill repeats of Long Ave (0.5 miles round trip each hill repeat) on the way back from Hopper Hands (6-7 miles total run), or 3) 2 loops out and back to Hopper Hands (10 miles total).
Extra Ambassador Bonus: I’ll be sharing insight into the Galloway training method during our warm-up. This can be helpful for those athletes gradually building (or rebuilding) mileage as well as those tackling both speed maintenance and endurance for longer races. Completely optional to incorporate into your run that day!
Post run: Reconvene at Equator for coffee and snack
