Join James for 7 mile loops starting at 9am at the conservatory of flowers steps in Golden Gate Park, with over half of the loop on trails. We'll loop around about hourly, so will pick up anyone who wants to join for a final loop at 10am. Any of the loops can be truncated, so it's easy to dial in your ideal long run distance.
Any pace is welcome. We'll run at the pace of the slowest member! If there are enough people we'll separate into pace groups.
At the end of the last loop (should be about 11am), we'll go for lunch in the 9th and Irving neighborhood.
