Join Coach Morgan for a butt kicking workout every Tuesday morning at 6:15am.
Strength will be held at the Rideout Fountain in Golden Gate Park!
A mask or face covering MUST be worn. This will be strictly enforced by those leading the workouts. We want to ensure all members take this seriously in order to protect themselves as well as fellow athletes.
All workouts will require registration in advance. Please only register if you are 100% certain you will join. In the event that you may need to cancel, do so as early as possible in order to open a slot to other interested members.
Do not bring a friend or other members to a workout they have not registered for.
Make sure to check the calendar on a weekly basis as the locations for strength will change throughout the month.
