Feeling a little cooped up? Rather feel cooped up *and* sweaty? Come join Ambassador Bear for a virtual interval workout. This is still a bit experimental, so please be patient with technical difficulties. The workout is posted below if you can't make it or would rather do it on your own.
What you'll need: A little more than a yoga mat's worth of space. 6'x6' should be plenty.
