Feeling a little cooped up? Rather feel cooped up *and* sweaty? Come join Ambassador Bear for a virtual interval workout. This is still a bit experimental, so please be patient with technical difficulties. The workout is posted below if you can't make it or would rather do it on your own.

What you'll need: A little more than a yoga mat's worth of space. 6'x6' should be plenty.
Joining: We'll be using Zoom, so you should be able to join from your computer or phone.

Workout

Main Set (4mins): 2 exercises, 30s each, repeat 4 times
Challenge Set (1min): 1 high heart rate exercise, 60s, 1 time

Main Set:
Squat + Pulse 
Lateral pushup walk 

Main Set:
Lunge + rotation 
Walkouts 

Main Set:
Seal Jacks 
Vertical Mountain Climbers 

Main Set:
Bear Crawl 
Squat + Knee Raise 

Challenge Set:
4 power jacks, 4 mountain climbers

Main Set:
Broncos 
Skaters (Steps or Jumps)

Challenge Set:
Repeat power jack / mountain climber combo

Main Set:
Plank Skiers 
Squat Jump Twist 

Challenge Set:
Repeat power jack / mountain climber combo

Abs
Plank (20s), L Side Plank (20s), Plank (20s), Right Side Plank (20s), Repeat
