Beginner AP Swim

This is a beginner swim ONLY. If you've never swam in open water (but have a wetsuit ready to be used) or if you've never swam in AP before, this is the swim for you!

Please meet at the small bleachers to the west of the Maritime Museum at 5:15pm. We'll plan to be in the water at 5:30 before the next group of swimmers arrive.

Don't forget the GGTC rules to keep you safe from COVID:

• A mask or face covering MUST be worn while you are changing into and out of your wetsuit. This will be strictly enforced by those leading the workouts. We want to ensure all members take this seriously in order to protect themselves as well as fellow athletes.

• All workouts will require registration in advance. Please only register if you are 100% certain you will join. In the event that you may need to cancel, do so as early as possible in order to open a slot to other interested members.

• If you arrive late to your designated time slot, you will only be allowed to join the next scheduled group ONLY IF there is a no show. Otherwise, you will be asked to workout on your own. 

• Do not bring a friend or other members to a workout they have not registered for.

• Finally, if you are feeling any symptoms of illness, please DO NOT attend any group workout!
