Title: Intermediate / BEGINNER RIDE

Quick Description: Ambassador led ride starting at the Golden Gate Bridge Visitor Center. Contestants will Cycle to the Legion of Honor, Descend to Ocean Beach, Cycle up Highway 35 to Ranch 99. What is Ranch 99 you ask? It is a grocery store with the perhaps the best pre-prepared Chinese food in All of North Western Daly City, what do they have? Roast pork, Dim Sum, Fried Fish you can literally purchase a fish, and they will fry it for you on the spot. Gluten free vegetarian options are also available in the produce section. The Bakery is next level. Contestants will take their snacks to Fort Funston (a short descent from the market), and will return to the Golden Gate Bridge Center via Golden Gate Park, 14th ave, and West Washington.

This is a fun ride as opposed to a training ride. The biggest climb is a paltry ~400 feet. If you are a beginner, and interested in a slightly longer ride over a variety of conditions with 4ish rolling hills this maybe the ride for you.

No Sweep, conversational pace, riders will stop at all major intersections, and at the top/bottom of every major climb.

Distance: 23mi

Climb: 1635
