Polo Fields
Ambassador James will lead a speed workout at the Polo Fields. We'll do the latest Mario workout from the run forum.
Start time is 5:30pm from the Conservatory of Flowers.
We'll run over to the polo fields as part of the warmup.
Things to bring: Mask/Buff. Money for food after (depending on demand). Recommend an N95 mask if AQI is bad.
This will be a socially distant run, adhering to mask guidance. Limit of 10 registrants. Priority to MarathoningForTriathletes members.
Do not come if you are sick, have tested positive, or have been in recent contact with someone who has.
