Crissy Field Run
We will meet at the Philz Truck and jog over to Crissy Field beach for a ~40 minute out and back interval run. I'll bring a speed workout, but please feel free to choose your own!
Optional stretching and Philz coffee afterwards
This is a socially distant run, adhering to mask guidance. Limit of 10 registrants, please register.
