This is a virtual run. I'll host the zoom and we can chitchat as we normally do. Zoom will be emailed to registrants before the run.

Things to bring: Mask/Buff. Sunscreen, hat, Water or cup if you're not comfortable with the fountains, 250-350 calories/hour of food. Don't forget to eat breakfast!
Recommend an n95 mask in case air quality is bothersome.
