GGTC Track Coach Mario Fraioli beat his highschool mile PR on his 38th birthday (4:36)! and now he shares his program and immense coaching experience with GGTC members so we can start 2021 STRONG
The program starts on Tuesday January 12th at 7:00 pm with a Zoom Info Session where Coach Mario will share the reason runners should train for the mile, why we're starting off with a time trial, answer questions and a lot more.
