Join Ambassador James for a double century, or part of one.

Registration for CTC credit starts Jan15. Requirements will likely be 12k' of climb, so this route is probably what we'll do.

You should work yourself up to 120 miles in a single ride, several weeks in a row, and probably be at around 200mi/week before doing a double.

What to bring: 250 cals/hour of food, 2 tubes, phone, cash, electrolytes if you use them, 2 big bottles of water. We'll stop to refuel in the morning, midday, and probably the afternoon and possibly evening.

Expect 12 hours of riding @16mph average, and about 2 hours of stops, for around 14 hours out.
