Join Ambassadors Andrey Vyrvich, Andreas Dankelmann and James OBrien and VP Angela Kofahl for another round of the incredible Seven Sisters from Mill Valley, down to Bolinas and back home along the coast via Muir Beach or extend to Pt Reyes/ Lucas Valley Road. Should be another incredible ride with some pretty stunning scenery.
We will have a group A and group B to accommodate up to 20. This will be a semi-drop ride, we will regroup at key points along the way.
if we have 10 or fewer registrants for the ride, we’ll all leave at 8.
Meet at Roundhouse Cafe at the Bridge.
GROUP A DEPARTURE: 7:45 GROUP B DEPARTURE: 8:00 - Extended ride from Bolinas to Pt. Reyes/Lucas Valley Road
NUTRITION: Bring 60-80 grams of carbs per hour of riding (=3 gels an hour or (even better) double or triple load your Roctane energy powder in your water and bring extra powder for refills). PB and J sammiches are a great ride food.
We will follow all COVID safety precautions including social distancing, masks and max 10 per group.
Bring masks, water, nutrition, co2 cartridges, tubes and a smile.
