90% trails, about 10% are technical

Timeline:

• 7:30 - POFA
• 8:00 - GGB Roundhouse cafe
• 8:20 - GGBB Vista point
• 9:20 - TV
• 10:20 - Muir Beach
• 11:00 - TV (either beach or parking lot)
• 11:30 - Rodeo beach
• 12:20 - GGB Vista point
• 13:00 - SB

Things to bring: Water! at least 32oz (water fountains are only at Vista Point and Rodeo Beach), 150-300 calories/hour of food, sunscreen, hat, mask
