Alex Goldman, one of our amazing Ambassadors, has a Masters in Public Health in Nutrition, and will be chatting to us about what's reasonable, realistic, efficient and useful to eat and drink for your best performance.
In this series we will discuss various bike-related topics, including maintenance, training, and how to avoid riding outdoors like a social outcast. I'll also be posting one fun snack recipe for bike and other adventures! So grab a beverage, log on to zoom and let's chat!
