We all miss track, so let's get back at it!
Until it is safe for us to return to Kezar we will run Mario's workouts at the Polo Fields in Golden Gate Park.
Workout:
1. Warm Up
2. Drills
3. Main set - speedwork (provided by Mario - led by Steph).
Schedule: Every Wednesday @ 6 pm until we can safely return to Kezar
