Until it is safe for us to return to Kezar we will run Coach Mario's workouts at the Polo Fields in Golden Gate Park.
Workout:
1. Warm Up
2. Drills
3. Main set - speedwork (provided by Mario - led by Steph).
Schedule: Every Wednesday @ 6 pm until we can safely return to Kezar
