"This will be a race simulation event. We will ride (4x-12 mile bike ->2.5 mile run) Bring your race gear and equipment. We will meet at Cañada Road and Runnymede Rd at 8:00 am and Start at 8:30 am. We'll need to get our transition area and nutrition ready for the event. You will need nutrition for the ride (100-300) and the second run (100-200). Plan Ahead."
