Join Ambassador James as he starts over from zero.
This will be a tempo run. The goal is to get your heart rate into Zone4.
We'll warm up by jogging for about 10 minutes and then speed up for a fast 20 minutes before cooling down.
We'll stay together for the warmup, and try to group together as much as possible for the tempo.
