GGP Loops
Ambassador James will lead loops around GGP, passing around Conservatory of Flowers hourly.
Start times are 7a or 8a. If you'd like to join earlier, contact me and we can get some more miles in.
This is a no-drop run; we'll run as slow as we need to. Do not worry that it will be too fast. Each loop is about 7 miles. we'll cut it short if need be to be able to hit the Conservatory at the top of each hour. Tell me what time you're coming so we can make sure to look for you.
Things to bring: Mask/Buff. Sunscreen, hat, Water or cup if you're not comfortable with the fountains, 250-350 calories/hour of food. Don't forget to eat breakfast!
