* High Plank (don’t let your chest sag)
* Bird Dogs
* High Plank
* Dead Bugs - straight legs (harder)

* Pass the Towel (hand to towel)

Part 2 - Lower Body / Upper Body

* Squat - Knee Drive - 30 sec per side. Knee to opposite elbow
