WORKOUT PLAN

Warm Up

* 1 min jumping jacks 


Part 1 - CORE (6 min) 

30 Sec Each (3 min) X2 

* High Plank (don’t let your chest sag)

* Bird Dogs 

* High Plank

* Dead Bugs - straight legs (harder) 

* High Plank

* Pass the Towel (hand to towel) 

Repeat


Part 2 - Lower Body / Upper Body  

1 min each (6 min) X2

* Squat - Knee Drive - 30 sec per side. Knee to opposite elbow 

* Pushups 

* Single Leg bridges (30 sec right / 30 sec left)

* Mountain climbers 

* Single leg deadlifts (30 sec right / 30 sec left) 

* Inch worms 

Rest 30 sec 

Repeat


Part 3 - Finisher

1 min each (2 min) 

* Sprinter lunges (30 sec each side) 

* Bicycle crushes
