WARM UP

* 1 min jumping jacks 


PART 1 - CORE/ PLANK LADDER  (6.5 min) 

30 Sec Each (3 min)   - 2X

* High Plank (don’t let your chest sag)

* Bird Dogs 

* High Plank

* Dead Bugs - optional straight legs (harder) 

* High Plank

* Hollow Hold to Jack Knife

30 Seconds Rest

Repeat


PART 2 - Lower Body / Upper Body  

1 min each (6 min) - 2X

* Squat - Knee Drive - 30 sec per side. Knee to opposite elbow 

* Frogger Pushups 

* Sprinter lunges (30 sec each side) 

* Burpees :)

* Single leg deadlifts (30 sec right / 30 sec left) 

* Inch worms 

30 Seconds Rest

Repeat


PART 3 - Finishers

1 min each (2 min) 

* Mountain climbers 

* Bicycle crunches
