Get away from your desk and take an active break before your next Zoom call.
We'll meet at the Conservatory of Flowers in Golden Gate Park at 12pm for a 12:05 departure.
We'll run down to Ocean Beach and back up, approximately 6 miles round trip.
This will be a relaxed run and we go as slow as we need too. You can turn around anytime to shorten the run if you like.
