Join Ambassador Maurizio for a 2h30 minute bike/run workout based on Long distance schedule

30' warmup

15' rampup in 5 steps

6x repeats of 5' Hard/2' easy = 45'

2x repeats of 20' hard/5' ez = 50'

With cooldown this will be 2h30 workout, but feel free to join for a portion

After that 30' run (optional)


Bring food as you were preparing for a race; also water/electrolytes

Bike locks for the run part (optional)
