Join strength Coach Kirstie Young for a 45-minute total body strength workout at the bleachers at Aquatic Park.

This is a bodyweight workout designed to balance out the cardio you do all week and get you moving in all directions. We'll meet in the middle of the main bleachers.

Please bring a water bottle, towel/mat, and gloves (optional, to protect your hands).
