It's Thanksgiving, which we all know means a chance to run every day of a 4-day weekend.

Join Ambassador James for a run of whatever length you can manage, at whatever speed, 8am at CoF on Friday/Saturday/Sunday. On Thursday it will be after the Turkey Trot (register separately for that!)

I'll be running for a multiple loops, so if 8am isn't your jam just txt me and we'll work it in.

Prize for the one who completes the most distance with us.
