Christmas Relays are Back!
Make your team, get a festive costume, plan a (very) casual potluck contribution (!) and get set to go fast, medium or slow and have a great day with your GGTC hometown heroes for a great cause!
About: The Christmas Relays is an event hosted annually by the West Valley Track Club. Individuals each run one 4.5-mile leg in teams of four to compete in various divisions. Proceeds from the event support MacCanDo Tenderloin Youth Track Club.
How does it work? A Team Captain registers and pays for the team, then invites team members to join through a participant account.
When: 9:00 a.m. Sunday, December 19, 2021
Where: Lake Merced in San Francisco
Start/Finish and all exchange points occur at the Sunset Circle parking lot at Lake Merced. (Cross streets: Sunset Blvd and Lake Merced Blvd.)
Parking: The Sunset Circle lot will be closed to parking. Street parking is plentiful on and near Sunset Blvd, but please give yourselves time to walk to the start.
