Let's get those new shoes dirty!

We will start with a flat out and back warm up jog and then hit the amazing trails! The route is a figure 8 that is mostly fire road. Runners can choose to end at the half way point or continue to the second loop.

Tennessee Valley Trail Head has praking and bathrooms, but not water! Please bring water, fuel and extra layers.
