#countingdown2021 - Just because Mario isn't here for the rest of the year doesn't mean some of us can't continue to do the track workout at Kezar! If you'd like to continue track runs, to work off some holiday treats, or sjust for the endorphins, feel free to join Ambassador Jordan & Ambassador Rachelle at the Kezar southeast bleachers at 6pm.

Bring your watch for timing, as we won't have people timing, tentative workout plan...

• Warm-Up, Stretching & Strides 
• 4-6 Partners 400s (OR one for every treat you've had the last week...) 
• 2100 meter Tempo
• Cool Down grass laps
