Zoom Info Session: MARIO's MILE

Elite Running Coach Mario Fraioli beat his highschool mile PR on his 38th birthday (4:36)! and now he shares his program and experience - because NOW is when speedwork benefits you the most.

The 8 week Mario's Mile program starts on Thursday January 20th at 7:00 pm with a Zoom Info Session where Coach Mario will share the reason runners should train for the mile, why we start with a time trial, answer your questions and a lot more.

The first run is at the GGTC Wednesday track night, Feb.2.
