Marin trails

About 19 miles trail run from Tam High School to Muir Beach, Pirates Cove, Tennessee Beach, then to Rodeo Beach and back to Mill Valley. This is about  3300 ft elevation

Things to bring: Water! at least 16oz (water fountains are only at Rodeo Beach), 150-300 calories/hour of food, sunscreen, hat, mask
