Tennessee beach run

Join Ambassador Maurizio for a run to Tennessee beach right after Tam High swim.

We start at Tam High pool parking lot, go to the Bike path, then turn right onto TV Road. From there we take the trail to the beach and back.

Its a 9.25 mile RT run. Bring nutrition gel if you swam, sunscreen for sure. I will be running at about 9 min/mile, but feel free to run ahead at a faster pace, or turn back earlier for a shorter run.
