Join us for our first (still in beta / stealth mode) Monday Runday to #chasethesun. Now that the time has changed, we will capitalize on the longer evenings to get in some mileage.
The OFFICIAL run is from 6:15pm to 7:00pm from the Ferry Building to Marina Green (3.2 miles). However, many of you may have to run to get to the ferry building and run to get home, so you can turn it into a run of your desired distance if you so choose.
Pace will be anywhere from 10-12 min / mile. Not looking to be track stars, just looking to get the mileage in.
Feel free to invite a friend - just make sure to register for headcount purposes.
