Monday Runday #chasethesun

Join us for Monday Runday to #chasethesun. Now that the time has changed, we will capitalize on the longer evenings to get in some mileage.

The OFFICIAL run is from 6:15pm to 7:00pm from the Ferry Building to AP or Marina Green (3.2 miles). However, many of you may have to run to get to the ferry building and run to get home, so you can turn it into a run of your desired distance if you so choose. Round trip back to the Ferry Building is 5 miles from AP and about 6.5 miles from Marina Green.

Pace will be anywhere from 10-12 min / mile. Not looking to be track stars, just looking to get the mileage in. If we have more than ten registrants we can split into a fast and a slow group, however this is a “no drop” run.
