Join strength Coach Kirstie Young for a 45-minute strength workout at Dolores Park. Meet by the steps at 19th & Dolores street. 

This is a strength workout designed to balance out the cardio you do all week and get you moving in all directions.

Please bring a water bottle, towel/mat, and gloves (optional, to protect your hands).
